Wanted to let you know that I had a washing machine delivered to E8 yesterday. The delivery guys mentioned that the gold protective strip on the stairs was a "brilliant" idea and will preserve the stairs. It would have already been dinged up! So, thanks again. I really appreciate your sage advice.
