It may look small on the outside but it has a huge variety. I love that they have the pricing right there and details about the flooring as well. Some places don't have the pricing shown. Staff is very nice and knows every detail about all the flooring. Staff does everything they can to help you choose the right flooring for your needs.

Andy - On behalf of myself and my wife Christina, I wanted to let you know how pleased and impressed we were with Ryan and Jennifer. In my professional career, I dealt with many contractors and sub contractors, and I have to say these two young people are exemplary. They got right to work shortly after they arrived and worked well as a team. Ryan's 20 some years in the business was very apparent as he efficiently moved from the removal of the old flooring to the installation of the new material. Jennifer kept track of the baseboards, and cut material and kept things moving. Both have positive attitudes and are dedicated to their work.
We hope that the new flooring will continue to look as good as it does now, and not become curled and separated like the old.
In closing, it is our opinion that customers need to be informed whether or not any workers spending any time within their households are vaccinated against COVID. This holds even more so for any members of the household who have compromised health conditions.

After nearly 10 years of doing business with Floor Express, I have nothing but praise to throw their way! They got me the laminate floor I really wanted for an unplanned repair at the price I needed in a hurry. Four years later they installed a random patterned a tile job throughout my house that still looks amazing. I found Andy and Heather to be completely honest people. Their prices are very reasonable. My old kitchen floor needed replacing. Their technician, with over 30 years of experience, removed my old flooring and installed a beautiful new floor. How he moved that heavy refrigerator of mine is beyond me. ;-) Heather has a great eye for color and style, and I used her suggestions. Floor looks beautiful.
